£120 Every 4 Weeks

= £30 Per Session

2 X SESSIONS PER WEEK

£200 Every 4 Weeks

= £25 Per Session

3 X SESSIONS PER WEEK

£240 Every 4 Weeks

= £20 Per Session

PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKED SESSION, IF POSSIBLE WE WILL OFFER YOU AN ALTERNATIVE DAY/TIME, IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS IS GIVEN YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SESSION. WE WILL USE OUR DISCRETION FOR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN EACH MONTHLY TIME FRAME.

Keith is brilliant at showing you how to regress a routine so you can keep moving and not give up, it keeps you motivated without the sense of failure. I thought that having one to one training sessions, I’d feel self conscious and stupid if I did anything wrong but I have never felt like that. "I Started the bootcamp mid-April and I'm amazed at the results so far. With Keith's excellent training skills and advice, my body shape has changed dramatically.
