Not everyone has access to a t-bar, so I will show you how to set up a fantastic alternative with just the use of a barbell that you can do at home or at the gym.

The landmine t-bar row will build muscle, strength, power and give you another option In your back training, from the usual barbell and dumbbell rows.

Remember to always keep a flat back and keep your head neutral to help avoid any lower back strain.
