HOW TO GET A RIPPED MIDSECTION WITH THE LANDMINE WIPER

In this video I will show you How To Get A Ripped Midsection With The Landmine Wiper. Developing a ripped midsection Is a common goal among gym goers.

The landmine wiper can give you a very challenging workout for your midsection and help you to build a strong, powerful and well defined core, targeting your abdominals and obliques.

I will show you 2 ways of performing the landmine wiper In this core workout video.

The first way you start with your feet In a square stance, grasp the top of the barbell and Interlink your fingers, then keeping your elbows tucked In at your sides, start moving the barbell from side to side whilst rotating your trunk In line with the action of the movement.

The second way Is the same set up as the first, only this time you don’t keep your elbows tuck in at your sides, Instead you press the barbell out In front of you, then rotate your trunk from side to side whilst keeping your top arm straight.

Remember, no amount of core work will give you a ripped midsection If your nutrition Isn’t In good order, yes It will help you to build power and strength which Is great, but If you want to see the rewards of your efforts In the gym then you need to have a good solid nutrition plan.
