In this video I will show you How To Train And Keep Your Shoulders Healthy With This Home Workout routine that I use.

When people workout they do not always consider how safe the exercise Is they are performing for their joints, tendons and ligaments.

So In today’s home shoulder workout I will take you through an exercise routine that I do, which Is done In a circuit In order to build up the cumulative fatigue, forcing your muscles to have no option but to grow.

The exercises In today’s shoulder workout are ones that are performed In order to keep them healthy and safe, which Is accomplished by pressing with your arms out In front of you, which Is a more natural path of movement for the shoulder joint.

Some of the exercises In this workout will help you to build strength and stability through your whole shoulder girdle, working those all Important smaller muscles such as the rotator cuff.

If we don’t look after these smaller muscles then It can lead to cracks In the foundation, which Inevitably ends up causing Injuries at some point In your training, maybe even forcing out for a long period of time In order to rehabilitate.

With this In mind It’s better to get ahead of the game by not letting this happen In the first place, making sure that you’re doing these accessory exercises In order to keep making progress In the gym.
